2 pounds ground beef
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 slightly beaten egg
1 medium tomato, sliced thin
1/2 c. shredded mild cheese
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomato and cheese well and shape into a loaf. Place in large greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Remove from oven and top with tomato slices and shredded cheese, then return to oven for 15 minutes more until cheese is melted.
