Ingredients:  
1 head of lettuce
1/2 c. green onions (optional)
1/2 c. celery
1 c. chopped cucumber
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas

2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs boiled (chopped up)
bacon bits
tomatoes (cut up) optional

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce and place in dish. Layer on top the next 4 ingredients.
Make a spread of mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan cheese and salt. Pour on lettuce and layers of vegetables. Chill

Sprinkle on top: eggs, bacon and tomatoes.
