1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. celery seed
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. vinegar
1/4 c. minced onion
8 cups shredded cabbage (1 med. head)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients; pour over shredded cabbage and toss. Chill.

Could also add, if you wish: 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained), or 1 green pepper (chopped), or 1 cup grated carrots or radishes, or 1 c. peanuts.
