1 pound (or more) fish filets, sole or flounder
1 box chopped frozen spinach
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. white wine
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan cook in butter or margarine the onion and celery. Add rosemary and white wine and bring to boil. Add spinach. Boil and stir for 5 minutes. Arrange 1/2 of fish in baking dish. Spread with spinach mixture. Cover with remaining fish filets. Pour celery soup over all and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
