1 1/2 lb veal cutlets
1 clove garlic, peeled & chopped
1 - 2 T. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 t. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. white or red wine
1 t. lemon juice
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pound meat to 1/4" thickness. Cut meat into 2" pieces.Rub both sides with flour. In a large skillet saute garlic in butter. Saute veal on both sides until browned. Top sauteed veal pieces with fresh mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Pour wine over mushrooms. Cook covered, over low heat for 20 -30 minutes, or until fork tender.Before serving sprinkle with lemon juice & chopped parsley. Serves about 4 - 6.
