1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup shortening

Directions:

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Bake in greased 8 x 8 baking dish (preferably glass) for 20 to 25 min. at 425 degrees.
