3 lb. rump or round roast (trim away excess fat)
12 oz. peperoncini peppers
Salt, pepper, onion salt & garlic
Very little water or broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast into medium sized chunks and put in crockpot. Cut stems from peppers and slice. Pour juice from peppers over meat and add sliced peppers and all spices. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours. Shred with a fork and enjoy!

This dish is a little spicy but delicious. It's great to serve on small rolls or with black beans and rice, too!
