1/2 c. dry white wine
4 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1-16oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 lb. fresh crab meat, drained
2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add cream cheese and wine to a pan over low heat, stirring often. Whisk in crab, egg, artichoke hearts, mayo and bleu cheese. Pour into a baking dish. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
