2-loaves of sandwich bread (36 slices)
1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. soft butter or margarine
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese and butter or margarine until light and fluffy. Cut crusts off bread - take 3 slices at a time - spread each on top with cheese mix - stack and spread over all sides - cut in 4 squares - freeze on a tray - then store in covered bowl. When needed, take out what you need and bake in 350 degree oven 15 minutes - then increase to 400 degrees for 5 minutes until top browns.
