1 lb. Jimmy Dean Breakfast sausage
10 slices bread, cubed (Rye)
2 c. Swiss Cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. milk (skim or 2%)
1/4 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pan-fry sausage in a medium-size nonstick skillet for 4 minutes. Drain; Reserve.
2. Spray a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of prepared dish. Sprinkle sausage over top; sprinkle with cheese.
3. Beat together eggs, milk and pepper in medium size bowl until well blended. Pour over sausage mixture. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
4. Bake, covered, in preheated oven (350) for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until puffed and bubbly. Serve immediately
