1 pkg (3oz) orange or sparkling mandarin orange jello
1/2 c boiling water
1 1/4 c cold club soda
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 c cool whip
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges well drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in soda. Set aside 1/2 c at room teperature. Refrigerate remaining jello mixture for 20 min or until slightly thickened; pour into crust. Refrigerate for 30 min or until set.
Whisk cool whip into reserved jello slowly pour into crust. Arrange oranges over the top and press down lightly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
