1 lb bacon stips
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn bite size
1 container of grape tomatoes
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:
2/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp crushed black peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon very crisp, drain, then crumble. Mix torn lettuce, tomatoes, and onion in a large salad bowl and sprinkle bacon over the top.

For dressing: mix mayo, vinegar, sugar and crushed peppercorns in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
