1 small pkg Oreo cookies (crushed)
1/4 stick butter
1-1/2 cups milk
2 small pkgs Pistachio instant pudding
2 qts Vanilla Ice Cream (softened)
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter then add to crushed Oreos - mix well and pat 3/4 of the mixture into 9x13 pan - set remainder aside.

Mix Softened Ice Cream, Milk and Pudding together until smooth then spread over Oreos. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with remaining Oreos. Place in freezer. Remove 20 minutes prior to serving.
