2 Pie Crusts
1 pound sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
1/4 C green onions, chopped
1/2 C picante sauce
10 eggs
1/3 C milk
1 C Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 C Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 can chopped green chilis
1/4 C black olives, drained and sliced

Lightly grease 9 x 14 pan. Line bottom of pan with 2 pie crusts. Brown sausage and onions. Drain excess fat. Pour the sausage mixture in the pan on top of the pie crusts. Pour the picante sauce over this. In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add milk and beat again. Stir in cheeses, chilis, and olives, mixing well. Pour mixture over the sausage on top of the pie crusts. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the center is set.
