5-6 lbs. of tators 1 stick butter 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese grated cheese
Peel and boil your tators until soft (with salt & pepper). Drain and mash in butter, sour cream and cream cheese. Put in baking dish, cover with your favorite grated cheese and bake to heat through and melt cheese.
