bacon - as much as you wish, cut slices into small pieces, fry

1 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. vinegar
2 heaping T. yellow mustard (not dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except bacon) in a shaker. Drain bacon and add shaker ingredients into frying pan on low heat. Stir.
Pour hot dressing over lettuce, endive, spinach, etc.
