9 - 10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. minced onion
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
4 - 6 eggs
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. sugar
1/8 t. red cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 inch pie dish sprinkle bacon & cheese. Beat eggs, milk & seasonings with mixer. Pour over mixture in pie plate. Bake on high in microwave 10 - 15 minutes, stirring gently every 3 minutes. (pull sides in toward middle) Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
You can add anything to this - ham, cheddar, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, etc. It's delicious!
