1 Large head of cabbage - microwaved briefly to allow shrinkage.
1 Package of bacon - fried or microwaved until crisp.
Mix together - 1 1/2 cups cream, 2 Tbs flour, 2 Tbs. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp salt.

Directions:

Drizzle the mix over the cabbage and top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
