First layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
10 inch pie shell (unbaked)
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

2nd layer:
3 eggs
1 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c.sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the first layer ingredients together and pour into an unbaked 10 inch pie shell. Sprinkle 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans on top of that mixture.

Beat second layer ingredients together and pour on top of pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
