3 lb. Hamburger
3 Boxes Beef Flavored Rice A Roni
3 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
3 Cans Diced Tomatoes
3 Green Bell Peppers
1 Onion
2 Cans Olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice A Roni as directed on the box. Chop Onion and Bell Pepper and brown with Hamburger. Drain fat and add to Rice a Roni. Add Corn, Tomatoes and Olives. Salt and Pepper to taste. Simmer until hot.

Mom threw everything she had on hand into a pot one night. Everyone liked it so well, that she had to make sure she had the ingredients on hand now and then after that. When we asked her what was for dinner, she would reply, "That casserole crap." The name stuck.
