1 15 oz. can salmon
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/3 small onion, chopped
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. horseradish (optional)
1/4 t. liquid smoke
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones and skin from salmon. Mix with rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with crackers. This recipe is best if allowed to chill for several hours. A few chives make a complimentary garnish. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
