3 c. sugar
1 can pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. cold water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs and water until well mixed. Combine remaining ingredients; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into two greased 8x4x2 in. loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 75-80 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
