1 16oz. box Quaker Oat Squares Cereal
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. light Karo Syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Combine cereal and pecans in a 9x13 pan or large cookie sheet. In a medium saucepan, combine Karo Syrup, brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour the mixture over cereal and pecans. Stir together coating cereal and pecans well. Bake 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes. Break apart after cooling.
