2 c. sugar 1/4 c. Karo syrup 1/4 c. cocoa 1/3 c. can milk 1 t. butter vanilla chopped pecans
Mix cocoa w/a small amount of water. Mix Karo syrup and sugar in a small saucepan. Add cocoa and well mix. Next add milk and stir; add butter and stir. Cook until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat, beat and add a small amount of vanilla and chopped pecans. Spread batter onto a buttered platter. Let set and cut into pieces.
