1 lb. hamburger meat
chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
slices of Jalapeno pepper
salt & pepper
1 can ranch style beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger meat with onion and garlic powder until meat is brown. Salt & pepper to taste. Mix taco seasoning with water and add to meat; mix well and add corn & beans. Cook until all is mixed. Place mixture in a large baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Mix up cornbread by package directions and spread gently over cheese. Place pepper slices on top of cornbread. Cook in 350 degree oven until cornbread is done.
