1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 clove crushed garlic
3/4 t. lemon juice
dash Beau Monde
crackers or bread rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, garlic and Beau Monde; spoon into 1 qt. casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until bubbly (about 20 min.). Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
