2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 t. butter extract
3 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and extracts in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 5 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
