2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter soft
2 eggs separated - whip the egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup pecan chopped fine
1 fruit preserve
Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven 350*
Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, egg yolks, salt, vanilla at a low speed and mix well.

Roll round teaspoon of dough roll in whipped egg whites and roll in nuts. Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet, depress a dent into center of cookie with teaspoon. Bake 8 minutes. Cool place jelly in center dent.
