Blend flour, salt and eggs together. Mix well. Add milk until you have a gooey consistency. Drop by teaspoonful in boiling broth until fluffy and floating. Estimated cook time is about 5 minutes after dropping the last dumpling.
These are my mom's dumplings and are simply the best I have ever had. I hope one day to make them as good as she can.
