4 cans white shoe peg corn, drained
1 c. red, green or yellow peppers, chopped
4 ribs of celery, chopped
1 c. vidalia or purple onion, chopped
4 oz. pimento, drained and chopped
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix sugar and vinegar and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add oil, salt and pepper and stir until blended. In a dish, put all other ingredients and mix. Pour vinegar mixture over all. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
