1 head fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
2 T. white sugar
3 T. white wine vinegar
1 c. mayonaise
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, raisins and red onions. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white sugar, vinegar and mayonaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving add sunflower seeds and bacon. Toss and serve.
