1 lb. breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean, Owens, etc.)*
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz*
2 c. Bisquick

*Use regular or spicy sausage depending on your taste. Use regular or Cheez Whiz with jalapenos depending on your taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into bite-size balls (about the size of a large marble). Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

We like to use both spicy sausage and the jalapeno cheez whiz. They are not tooooo hot.
Do not use low fat bisquick.
