10 boneless chicken tenders (diced)
1/2 c. finely diced purple onion
1/2 c. diced mushrooms
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
minced garlic
1 c. diced water chestnuts
1/2 c. diced celery
Italian Bread Crumbs (for rolling) (or Parm)
2 beaten eggs for dipping
2 pkg. crescent rolls (16) or jumbo sized

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ chicken, garlic, celery, and onion. Mix cream cheese, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Take crescent rolls and pinch together to form a larger triangle. (Each pkg. will make 4.) Spoon in mixture. Roll up like a roll after pinching corners. Dip each one in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Bake on slightly oiled sheet pan at 350║ F for 18-20 minutes. Cover with gravy or cream of chicken soup.
