2 c. zucchini, peeled and shredded
3/4 c. bisquick
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. rubbed sage
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
