1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-o
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-o
1 c. water
1/2 pkg. small marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 lb. can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Reserve juice. Add water to pineapple juice. Bring to boil. Add marshmallows; melt. Pour over Jell-o. Let partially set. Add rest of ingredients. Fold in whipped cream, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese. Let set overnight. Place in bowl or pan.
