½ c baking Margarine OR Golden Flavoured Crisco vegetable shortening
¾ c Brown Sugar
¾ c granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla extract

1 t Baking Soda
2¼ c Flour
1 pkg SKOR Toffee Bits
Directions:
Directions:
350ºF, 8-10 minutes per batch

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add eggs & vanilla and continue beating until colour has lightened up.

Gently ombine flour, soda, toffee bits..

Add flour mix to shortening gradually, mixing until a dough forms.

Using a cookie scoop or a teaspoon, drop cookies onto ungreased parchment paper lined cookie sheets, and bake.
