Ingredients:  
1 can crab or fresh
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c.diced onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. English muffins
1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. lemon juice
a few drops of Tabasco sauce
shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Split 6 English muffins and toast them lightly under a broiler. Spread each half with crab mixture. Sprinkle with paprika or shredded jack cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Serve warm. Use sharp knife to quarter each muffin.
