1 pkg frozen cod fillets Water or mlik 4 tbsp margarine, melted 1 c crushed seasoned croutons 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese 1/4 c minced parsley (optional)
Arrange fillets in single layer in a shallow baking dish lined with foil. Bruch fillets with water or mlik. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir together remaining ingredients. Spoon over fillets. Bake in pre-heated 500 degree oven until fish flakes easily. Approximately 10 minutes.
