1/3 c shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c sugar
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 c mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add banana. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
