1 stick oleo
1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 regular Cool Whip
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend oleo, flour, and nuts. Put in 8X8 pan and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cold crust. Mix chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip, sprinkle with nuts or chocolate.
