2 cups flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 t. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup nuts
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add sugar, blend eggs and vanilla. Add flour gradually. Spread in 13X9 pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
