1 qt. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cold water
2 T. gelatin
1 c. chopped nuts
2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the rind from 2 oranges, remove the remainder of skin from orange. Put cranberries & oranges through a blender / food chopper. Add the sugar to mixture in a pan and boil for 2 minutes. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water & combine with the hot mixture. Cool slightly , add celery & nuts. Pour into a mold and refrigerate to set.
