1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayo
1 roll Ritzę crackers
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vegetables, onion, and celery -drain. Mic mayo with vegetables and cheese. Crush Ritzę crackers, put on top, pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350║ 1 hour 15 minutes.

I add 1 cup new potatos to vegetables.
