2 c. flour
1 T. ginger
2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses (Green label B'rer Rabbit)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix
Roll in 1 inch balls, roll in sugar
place on ungreased cookie sheets
Bake at 350 12 - 15 minutes
