1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco, melted (not oil)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 c. coconut
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 c. Oatmeal

Roll into 1 inch ball
Flatten with fork
Bake at 350 til lightly browned around the edges.
