12 oz. milk chocolate chips or sweet cooking chocolate
3/4 c. light cream
2 t. instant coffee



Optional: 1 - 2 T. Kirsch, orange flavored liqueur or brandy

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan melt chocolate and cream over low heat. Stir in liqueur and coffee. Pour into fondue pot to keep warm.
Dippers: apple wedges, cubes angel food cake, strips of pound cake, sliced bananas, mandarin orange segments, maraschino cherries, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, strawberries
