2 pkg bow tie pasta (12oz) 2 pkg. colored pasta (12 oz) 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits(drained) 2 c. finely chopped celery 6 green onions finely chopped 1 c. red grapes (halved) 1 c. cashews 4 cooked and cubed chicken breasts (Season chicken well while cooking. I use onion, celery and celery leaves)
Combine all ingredients. Add: 1 cup mayonnaise & 1 large bottle of coleslaw dressing. Use some drained pineapple juice to thin dressing. Pour over mix. Serve on lettuce leaf with roll or muffin.
