Ingredients:  
1 egg beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
powder sugar
syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add milk and stir. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Add milk & egg mixture to other ingredients. Stir. Using a funnel, pour batter into hot oil and cook a few minutes on each side.

Top with powder sugar and syrup if desired.

I never knew funnel cakes could be made at home until I met Clark. This is Frank's recipe and I love it.
