Chocolate cake Mix
Ice cream (fat free your choice) softened
Applesauce
Fat free whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chocolate cake mix according to package directions except substitute the applesauce for the oil.
Bake in 8"or 9" round cake pan. Let cool. Cut layers in half length wise.
Put one layer on serving plate cover with 1/4 ice cream continue layering till you have no more cake.
Make sure cake is on the top layer. Put in freezer for 30-45 minutes. Take out of freezer frost with whipped topping and serve. If you want to serve later, wrap cake without the whipped topping in plastic wrap and leave in freezer. Add whipped topping before serving.
