35 saltine crackers
2 sticks of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1-12oz. pkg simi-sweet shocolate chips
1 cup of finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Line a 10x15 jelly roll pan with heavy foil. Place crackers in pan. Combine brown sugar & butter in glass bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir thoroughly and pour over crackers. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven & cover with chocolate chips. When chips melt, smooth with spatula. Sprinkler with chopped nuts, chill, break into small pieces.
